A Shuffle4Parkinsons virtual experience

SUPERMAN SAVES SHUFFLE4PARKINSONS WITH A 5K RUN/WALK AND SHUFFLE.

For Jo Dynon and family, shuffle4parkinsons was an extra special fun event. Jo’s Dad was diagnosed with Parkinson s  in 2005. Was not able to visit Dad thanks to COVID-19. So the family took on the shuffle4parkisnosn challenge and enjoyed each others company. Look out for the rainbows!

Sam & Julie

Hi Stephen,

Just wanted to let you know that we completed the 5k walk on Sunday morning. We actually went a little further as it was such a beautiful morning.

Thank you for inspiring me (us) to get up and go out and walk on Sunday morning. Sunday mornings are normally my lazy morning after a busy week, and even though this week has been exceptionally busy, I still made the commitment to do the walk for shuffle4parkinsons.

Hope you have a great day, Sam & Julie

………….

Hi Sam & Julie, you both inspire me to get back on the midweek run/walk, thanks for supporting the virtual event.  Stephen | The Parky Park Runner
